It’s time to understand how we can install or deploy Odoo. Starting with Odoo 9, Odoo provides Enterprise Edition and the Community Edition. Both Editions has their own pros and cons.
Enterprise Edition is the paid version with some advanced features whereas the Community Edition is free to use.

Odoo Online
Odoo can be used freely using Odoo Online SaaS solution or using the instant Odoo Online demo. Please note that Odoo Online SaaS and Odoo demo are both Enterprise Editions which is available freely.
You can use Odoo Online SaaS freely with one application and two users. (User: A Person who will access Odoo Database using his own unique login credentials.)
If one decides to use Odoo SaaS solution for more than one application and more than two users then we need the subscription and the Odoo pricing will change as per the Odoo Pricing Page. All we need to do is register for free Odoo Online Account.
Odoo Online demo is suitable when we want to get a quick idea of Odoo and its various Apps. All we need is the Web browser using which we will use the Odoo Online Instance.
Odoo Packaged Installer
Odoo Packaged installers can be easily downloaded from the official Odoo Website and can be installed on any machine just like other traditional software.
